The River Authority is seeking a term contract for the supply of Stormwater Sampling Services for San Antonio River Basin to be purchased as needed over the contract term. The San Antonio River Authority (River Authority) requests proposals for other entities to provide stormwater monitoring and sampling services that support the River Authority Environmental Sciences Department. The River Authority desires to have available personnel in place with expertise in the areas of, but not limited to, surface water sample collection, retrieval, and other related stormwater monitoring activities. The personnel that the Contractor provides must be proficient in the assigned tasks. The Contractor must be responsive to the work request and meet project schedules, often on short notice. The contractor must be able to communicate well with an external agency and integrate as a valuable team member with the Environmental Science Department of the River Authority. The goods and/or services shall be accomplished per the solicitation documents, and all applicable laws, and all exhibits and Attachments identified in the table of contents. The personnel that the Contractor provides must be proficient in the assigned tasks. The Contractor must be responsive to the work request and meet project schedules, often on short notice. The contractor must be able to communicate well with an external agency and integrate as a valuable team member with the Environmental Science Department of the River Authority.
