Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Coe Hill, Ontario. Design plans call for the construction of a 36,451-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Construction of a new JK – Grade 8 school with a gross floor area (GFA) of 3,375.10m2 (including mechanical spaces) to accommodate an enrolment of 67 students. TIMELINE: Curve Lake First Nation (CLFN) is planning a new JK to Grade 8 School (the Project) which will be delivered under a design-bid-build methodology. To date, CLFN has retained the services of a Professional Project Manager (PPM), Colliers Project Leaders (CPL), and have recently retained the services of 3rdLine Studios Inc. as the Design Consultants on the Project Team. Updates maybe available late 2025. *Budget is unreleased.
