The Town of East Hartford seeks to enter into a contract with a qualified firm to conduct a pre demolition hazardous materials survey for a vacant commercial building and a parking garage located at Founders Plaza in East Hartford and to develop demolition technical specifications. Firms must be skilled and experienced in working with municipalities in Connecticut and possess thorough knowledge of survey and abatement work Questions regarding this RFP may be submitted to Michelle Enman, Purchasing Agent, at menman@easthartfordct.gov until the close of business on Wednesday, November 13. Any questions will be answered in an addendum to the bid by Friday, November 15. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids when such action is deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of East Hartford, Connecticut. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
