Saving Project...

Renovation of a municipal facility in Lexington, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

- Removal of existing roof membrane and stone. - This includes (but is not limited to) complete removal of all existing roofing material including all existing ballasted membrane and stone and preparation of all surfaces for new membrane. Any repairs to the existing substructure must be made. Allowances will be made if it is excessive. - Installation of new roofing material. - This includes (but is not limited to) installation of new .5" high-density coverboard and adhering new 060Mil EPDM membrane. - Installation of new coping and metal accessories. - This includes (but is not limited to) installation of new safety railing around roof access port to increase safety for the existing roof access. The Bluegrass Area Development District seeks to procure proposals for commercial roof replacement at 699 Perimeter Drive, Lexington, KY 40517. Work required: remove existing membrane and ballast, install new adhered membrane, install access hatch safety. Companies desiring a tour of the facility, a copy or questions about of the RFP or wish to submit their proposals should email tpatterson@bgadd.org before October 16, 2024. The BGADD reserves the right to evaluate the responses submitted, to waive any informalities and irregularities therein, or to reject any or all submittals should it be deemed in the best interest of the ADD.
