As of October 30, 2024 project was awarded to B&Z Company but no amount available. Bid forms shall be submitted with all required bid attachments. A certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, made payable to the City of Benton Harbor will be required with each bid as security for the proper execution of the contract. A 100% Labor, Material, and Performance Bond will be required of successful bidder. Replacement of the sanitary sewers and sewer service laterals, water main and water service laterals, hot mix asphalt and concrete paving, curbs and gutters, sidewalk, as well as storm sewer and sidewalk ramp improvements with all associated traffic control for work.
