2025 Street Resurfacing and Maintenance Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Security Consisting of a Bid Bond, Cash, or, Certified Check Issued by a Responsible Bank or Trust Company in the Amount of 5% of the Bid Price. The Work consists of roadway milling and resurfacing and appurtenant maintenance and all work incidental thereto, in accordance with the Specifications at the locations indicated on Attachment B, subject to change. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, services, materials, equipment, plant, machinery, apparatus, appliances, tools, supplies, and all other things necessary to do all work required for the completion of each item of the Work and as herein specified. The Work to be done and paid for under any item shall not be limited to the exact extent mentioned or described but shall include all incidental work necessary or customarily done for the completion of that item. The Bidder Agrees That Its Bid Shall Be Good and May Not Be Withdrawn for a Period of 30 Days, Saturdays, Sundays and Legal Holidays Excluded, After the Opening of the Bids.
