Request for Proposals for Construction Manager at Risk Services Hall of Justice 6th floor and Harney Level Renovation The Omaha Douglas Public Building Commission (ODPBC) is requesting Statements of Qualifications from general contractors to serve as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the renovation and construction of two new courtrooms on the 6th floor and a new jury assembly room on the Harney level of the Hall of Justice in Omaha, Nebraska The Omaha Douglas Public Building Commission is preparing for two new district courtrooms on the 6th floor and a new jury assembly room on the Harney level of the Hall of Justice. There will be approximately 8,600 sq. ft of demolition of existing courtroom, conference and office space that is then replaced with two new courtrooms, conference rooms, offices, and restrooms on the 6th floor. There will be approximately 4,300 sq. ft of demolition of existing office space that will be replaced with open jury assembly room for 324 seats and juror restrooms. The ODPBC seeks interested firms employing highly qualified personnel with experience and expertise in delivering work of the nature described herein and providing full-service CMAR preconstruction and construction phase services. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
