This project consists of landscaping, irrigation, fencing, dugout renovations, and a number of other items which are in the bid documents. The bid ITB number and name must appear on the envelope. Design and permit all interior dugout/restroom upfits. Required Items are listed below o Demo and remove all bathroom fixtures and flooring. o Clean all dugout and bathroom floors o Repaint interior cinder blocks, posts and face of dugouts. o Sherwin Williams LOW VOC premium Paint - Color will be provided by Owner upon bid award. o Stairs to remain concrete. o Provide a new cutout and basin for a 1/2 HP sump pump, tied to a switch. Provide 3/4 " drain piping to outfall onto synthetic turf for drainage. The sump pump will be used to drain the dugout during heavy rain events o Provide new rubber flooring for the dugout and bathroom area, minimum 1/2 " thick rubber flooring that is able to be removed as needed. o Install new stainless steel toilet and stainless steel sink in the dugout bathrooms o Owner Provided / Contractor install toilet tissue dispenser for each bathroom o Owner Provided / Contractor install paper towel roll dispenser for each bathroom o Owner Provided / Contractor install a vertically oriented soap dispenser for each bathroom o Provide an unbreakable mirror in each dugout bathroom o Repair plumbing as needed in each bathroom o Ensure the bathroom area drain is working and in proper order o Provide new dugout and bathroom integrated LED strip lighting, no bulbs o Shop drawings will be required for the dugout/bathroom renovations and cutsheets of all proposed materials. o Cabinet / Storage Cubby finishing wor
