Site work, paving, outdoor lighting and new construction of a mixed-use development in Atlanta, Georgia. Section III will address the section of Lenox Rd. between Phipps Blvd. and Piedmont Rd. To improve connectivity and pedestrian safety at the busy Lenox Rd./GA 400 Interchange, Section III will include an elevated pedestrian and bicycle bridge which will be the gateway to HUB404. As of August 19, 2025, Buckhead Community Improvement District and Georgia Department of Transportation are working together on this project. This project is in the design phase with construction expecting to begin at the end of 2025.
