Site work, paving, outdoor lighting and new construction of a mixed-use development in Atlanta, Georgia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Plans call for an elevated pedestrian and cyclist bridge across Lenox Road where it intersects with Georgia 400. The bridge is to be paired with additional improvement to Lenox Road. A boardwalk is planned to run from MARTA's Lenox station on East Paces Ferry Road to Peachtree Road and another segment from Peachtree Road to Phipps Boulevard is to receive larger sidewalks, ramps, staircases and additional lighting. As of October 8, 2024, Buckhead Community Improvement District and Georgia Department of Transportation are working together on this project. Engineering design work is anticipated to be completed by August 2025 and construction is anticipated to begin in October 2025. The bridge is anticipated to be completed in January 2028.
