Renovation of an educational facility in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 6,672-square-foot educational facility.
Work includes architectural, mechanical, and electrical upgrades as required to add new studio equipment, add a new generator and improve the acoustics of the SC ETV studio located on the campus of York Technical College in Rock Hill, SC in Building ST. Bid Security is Required in an Amount Not Less Than 5% of the Base Bid. Performance and Labor & Material Payment Bonds: the Successful Contractor Will Be Required to Provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, Each in the Amount of 100% of the Contract Price.
