Renovation of a medical facility in Anderson, South Carolina. Design plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

As of January 6, 2025, per owner an architect has been identified. Phase 1 design services are to begin this month. A timeline has not been developed at this time. Architectural Services (Phase I and Phase II as defined by the Office of the State Engineer Manual for Planning and Execution of State Permanent Improvements) to correct patient bathroom ligature issues in 3 patient lodges at Harris Psychiatric Hospital, Anderson SC. Services will consist of Phase I thru Phase II services required for a multi-phased construction contract to resolve ligature issues. Provide full range of Architectural Services (Phase I and II) to resolve ligature risks in patient bathrooms of 3 patient lodges at Harris Psychiatric Hospital, Anderson SC. Anticipated Construction Cost Range: $1,500,000 to $2,000,000 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
