Renovation of a military facility in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
IRC Chiller Replacement The Contractor: Shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, and supervision to remove the existing chiller no. 5 and replace with a new 350-ton air-cooled chiller at the NOAA Inouye Regional Center at Joint Base Pearl Harbor -Hickman, Ford Island, Pearl Harbor, HI. The existing coils for chiller no. 5 are copper fin and copper tubes. The coils were not coated for protection against the elements. The existing coils now show severe signs of corrosion and imminent failure. The Period of Performance shall be 360 days from the contract award. Communications concerning this solicitation or requests for clarification shall be made in writing to Travis Lawton, travis.lawton@noaa.gov, and Daphney Jean-Minter, daphney.jean-minter@noaa.gov.
