The City of Lompoc is soliciting proposals from qualified Architecture/Engineering firms for professional services associated with development of the City of Lompoc Permit Ready Accessory Dwelling Unit (PRADU) Program. To engage the public and receive their input regarding ADU's and a successful program that can be implemented quickly for the design of Five (with the potential for alternatives) pre-approved building plan sets. Questions about this RFP are required to be submitted by email to Theresa Hernandez at t_hernandez@ci.lompoc.ca.us. Last day to submit questions is September 20, 2024 at 4pm. This project has a short timeline due to recent amendments to the State's budget and therefore must be completed in approximately 18 months to meet grant invoice deadlines. In submitting a Proposal respondents agree to the schedule listed below and agree to facilitate quality and timely completion of each task, as well as guide the project to the date of completion. The City reserves the right to require at any time complete, certified copies of all required insurance policies, including endorsements affecting the coverage required by these specifications. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
