Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Wyoming, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Scope of Work A. Remove all existing material in the batter box areas (7'x3') for both fields. Recommended depth of 3-4 should be removed depending on the condition of the surrounding materials. B. Prep areas with firmly packed mound clay. If bidding an alternate material, include the benefits and what alternate materials to be used on the bid proposal form. C. Enforce the batter's boxes with compacted clay near the top of the batter's boxes. D. Fill in area with mound clay firmly packed. E. Finish off with a layer of infield mix on top of the clay. F. Top with calcined clay conditioner. G. Tarp will be provided by awarded bidder to cover newly repaired batter's boxes H. The awarded bidder will include 2 hours of training for up to 12 City of Wyoming Parks maintenance staff on proper care of repaired area. If it is an annual contract, pricing must be good for 1 year after the date the contract is approved and signed by City. If the contract term is longer than 1 year, the pricing must be good for the entire contract term. All bids/proposals shall remain valid for at least 90 days after submission.
