EL Vista Pump Station Improvements Project The City of Port Arthur reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities. Bidders desiring further information, or further interpretation of the Plans and Specifications must make request for such information in writing to the Architect/Engineer, not laterthan 96 hours before the bid opening. Answers to all such requests will be given in writing to all qualified Bidders, in Addendum form, and all addenda will be bound and made a part of the Contract Documents. No other explanation or interpretation will be considered official or binding. Should a Bidder find discrepancies in, or omissions from, the Plans, Specifications or other Contract Documents, or should a Bidder be in doubt as to their meaning, the Bidder should, no later than 96 hours prior to the bid opening, notify the Architect/Engineer in order that a written Addendum if necessary, may be sent to all Bidders prior to submission of the bids.
