Furnishing and Delivery of Golf Course Irrigation Well and Pumping Equipment Services and Repair Parts All bidders are required to comply with requirements of P.L. 1975, c.127, N.J.S.A. 10:5-31, et seq. (N.J.A.C. 17:27) (Affirmative Action), 42 U.S.C. 512101, et seq. (Americans with Disabilities Act), and N.J.S.A 40A:11-16 "Designated Subcontractors," N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 (Business Registration) and N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25, et seq. (Prevailing Wage), and all other laws and regulations that apply to bidding and the performance of the proposed contract. The Monmouth County Board of Recreation Commissioners reserves the right to waive any informality in, or to reject any or all bids in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40:A-11-13.2, and to award contracts in whole or in part, if deemed in the best interest of the Board to do so. The Monmouth County Board of Recreation Commissioners shall reserve the right to hold bids for sixty (60) days prior to award of contracts. All inquiries are to be directed to the Purchasing Department at (732) 842-4000. Bid date info : Bids may be mailed in or placed in the drop box located outside of the Thompson Park Headquarters Building, 805 Newman Springs Road, Lincroft, NJ, prior to the opening date. Bids must be delivered at the place and before the hour mentioned above. Bidders shall submit at least one (1) original of each form, with an original signature.
