The Village of Sayward requires a qualified consultant to replace the existing wooden stairs with non-slip steel stairs. The successful proponent will: Remove the existing set of wooden stairs and remove from site; Install new concrete footings will be installed to carry the new landings; Install a new set of steel stairs with metal grip treads and hand rail; Apply a primer coat of paint to all parts.
