There will not be any organized Site Visit to the jobsite prior to contract award, but prospective offerors may visit the site on your own to better understand technical requirements of this project. This will be a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procurement, and one firm-fixed-price contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. PROJECT LOCATION The project is located in the Spring Mountains National Recreation Area of the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest, Clark County, Nevada, in T22S, R58E, 21. It is located approximately 18 miles west of Las Vegas, NV and 18 miles south of Pahrump, NV. The project may be accessed from State Highway 160 and Pinon Drive.
