The Municipality of Pictou County (MOPC) has issued the Tender herein for the provision of snow clearing services for the 2024-25 and 2025-26 winter seasons, plus an option for the 2026-27 winter season. Snow clearing contractors shall complete all work upon the direction of the Municipality Contact within the callout time outlined within the bid forms. Contractors shall be responsible to complete such winter maintenance services upon such direction or without explicit direction during or immediately following any snowfall forecasted or experienced to have been of greater than 2 cm of snow. Estimated Duration of Contract (months) 6 Deadline for Questions: September 20, 2024 All questions related to this Tender must be requested of the Municipality prior to the deadline noted herein. MOPC will provide responses for all questions to all parties who have requested Tender Submission Forms. Anticipated Award Date: October 8, 2024 Start Date for Provision of Services: November 1, 2024 End Date for Provision of Services: October 31, 2026 (*** Unless Option for 2026-27 Extended)
