Sanitary Sewer Manhole Replacement Project A cashiers check payable to the order of the City of Lindale, in the amount of five percent (5%) of bid, or, Bid Bond issued by a surety licensed to do business in Texas in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. The City of Lindale reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the City of Lindale for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award. In order to assure that all potential bidders receive any corrections or addendums to the specifications, an official Bidder's List will be maintained in the Engineer's office for the project. Any notices of changes in the specifications will be sent to those on the Bidders List and the Engineer will not be held responsible for those not on the list.
