Site work for a water / sewer project in Brimfield Township, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Installation and maintenance of highway and street lighting, highway and street sign lighting, electronic message boards and traffic control systems, camera systems, traffic signal work, substation and line construction including overhead and underground projects for private and industrial work as in accordance with the IBEW Constitution. This Agreement includes the operation of all tools and equipment necessary for the installation of the above projects. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary for the 2024 Sewer Maintenance Program including but not limited to: clean, video record, pipe joint air pressure test, injection grouting, cured in place sewer rehabilitation (both full length and sectional), rehabilitation sanitary sewer manholes, installation of manhole chimney seals and all incidental work required. Project located in 7ZLQ /DNHV, OH 442240 Proposals will be received for the following items of work: 2024 SANITARY SEWER MAINTENANCE PROGRAM (FRANKLIN) The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary for the 2024 Sewer Maintenance Program including but not limited to: clean, video record, pipe joint air pressure test, injection grouting, cured in place sewer rehabilitation (both full length and sectional), rehabilitation sanitary sewer manholes, installation of manhole chimney seals and all incidental work required. Project located in Twin Lakes, OH 44240 Estimated Costs of Construction: 2024 Sewer Maintenance Project (Franklin): $ 460,000.00 The Contractor shall familiarize himself with all of Section 20, including 'Information and Instructions to Bidders' and 'Special Construction Requirements' prior to bidding. All questions shall be directed to the Portage County Water Resources Department in writing to mmihalich@portageco.com. The Bid Guarantee is conditioned to provide that if the Bid is accepted and awarded, the Bidder will enter into a contract with the County and will file a Performance Bond as required. The Bidder to whom the Contract is awarded will be required to furnish a Performance Bond in the sum of 100 percent of the Contract price for the faithful performance of the Contract. If the Bidder selects "Bid Guarantee" Option A, the Bidder may use this Bond as the Performance Bond. Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the documentation and all persons interested therein. Each Bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. The bidder shall purchase the plans and a contract book to become a qualified participant before final bid submittal. Copies of section 153.011 of the revised code can be obtained from any of the offices of the Ohio Department of Administrative Services. The Portage County Commissioners reserve the right to waive any informality or to reject any and all bids. The Owner intends and requires that the project be completed no later than two hundred and ten (210) calendar days after the "Notice to Proceed" is issued and complete restoration within thirty (30) days thereafter.
