HVAC Installation ARDOT Maintenance Sign Shop Job 42-139 FOB: Little Rock Installation of Four (4) gas packaged air conditioning units,ductwork,and temperature controls for the ARDOT Maintenence Division Sign Shop located at 11300 West Baseline Road, Little Rock, AR to meet the attached ARDOT Specifications. Bid prices shall include all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the work as specified, and shall further include all licenses, fees, permits, royalties, and all taxes.Bid price shall represent full compensation for completion of the work. Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of total bid price is required of all bidders at time of bid opening or bid will be rejected Surety Bonds may be submitted electronically through the online bidding process.
