SNOW REMOVAL AND SALT SERVICE (INCLUDING SPREADING AGGREGATE OR OTHER SNOW MELTING MATERIAL) I would like to take this opportunity to request your consideration in providing a quote for our snowplowing and sanding/salting parking lot requirements for the 2024/2025 and 2025/2026 season with an option to extend for an additional year at the discretion of the Kennebecasis Regional Police Force. We operate 24/7 and therefore require the following: - Parking lot to be maintained so that police vehicles can always enter and exit without issue, especially during a heavy snowfall. - Walkways to be cleared so that entry is neither dangerous nor impeded for officers, staff and the public. This may need to be done several times a day depending on weather conditions. - Garage door and man door entrances/walkways including a garbage disposal area to be cleared to the pavement. - Removal of curbing in the fall and replacement of same in the spring - We request approximately 30 minutes advance notice to move vehicles by contacting the on-duty sergeant through our Communication Center at (506) 847-6300. The service provider is liable and responsible for all damage done to the property, building, outbuildings, vehicles (whether force owned, employee owned or public vehicles) and agrees to repair/replace to the satisfaction of the KRPF. Service providers must have the following valid insurance certificates upon commencement of work: - At least $1,000,000 in liability insurance
