The intended purpose for this IFB is to provide for joint and crack sealing of existing roadways within Collin County in accordance with the specifications included herein and Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Items 300, 340 and 712. The Contractor shall clean and seal joints and cracks in roadway surfaces. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidentals for doing all the work involved in crack sealing, including, but not limited to blowing, crack filling, sanding and clean-up. Question Deadline 09/24/2024 at 5:00 PM CT Provide for a one (1) year term contract commencing on the date of award and with the option to renew for an additional four (4) one (1) year terms. Collin County reserves the right to award the bid, or reject, by line item, category, or as a whole as the County deems in its best interest. Collin County further reserves the right to make a primary and secondary awards on this contract.
