SCOPE: Ground Up One-Story Elementary School approximately 113,273 SF located in New Caney, TX. Scope of Work is subject to but not limited to: Demo, Earthwork, Soil Treatment, Landscape & Irrigation, Turf, SWPPP, Utilities, Striping, Fencing, Cast In Place Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel, Miscellaneous Steel, Canopy, Wood Blocking, Millwork, Solid Surface, Casework, Waterproofing, Firestopping, Insulation, TPO Roof, Metal Panels, Gutters & Downspouts, Doors/Frames/Hardware, Glass & Glazing, Storefront, Cement Plaster, Stucco, Gypsum Board, CFMF, Flooring, Sealed Concrete, Acoustical Ceilings, Paint, Wall Coverings, FRP, Markerboards, Toilet Accessories, Toilet Partitions, Lockers, Shelving, Flagpole, Signage, Fire Extinguishers, Bleachers, Benches, Corner Guards, Projector Screens, Stage Curtains, Food Service Equipment, Athletic Equipment, Window Shades, Fire Sprinkler, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Communications, Low Voltage, Fire Alarm, Access Control, Intrusion System, and Video Surveillance. A Proposal Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal amount is required. Project includes a new 113,273 sq ft single story elementary school with an estimate construction budget of $29,800,000. The Offeror's submitted base proposal-50%; 2.The Offeror's experience and reputation-15%; 3.The quality of the Offeror's goods or services-15%; 4.The Offeror's safety record-2%; 5.The Offeror's proposed personnel-5%; 6. Whether the Offeror's financial capability is appropriate to the size and scope of the project-5% 7. Offeror's ability to complete project on time-5%; 8. Offeror's performance in responding to warranty - 3%. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and waive any informalities, discrepancies or minor irregularities regarding the proposals.
