Kinsman House Alterations and Improvements If any person contemplating submitting a bid for construction of the work is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Contract Documents, or finds discrepancies in or omissions from any part of the Contract Documents, he or she may submit via email, to Michele Schwartz, AIA, Phillips Sekanick Architects, Inc. (michele@phillips-sekanick.com) a written request for interpretation thereof, no later than five (5) days before bids will be opened. Answers to submitted questions will be distributed to all bidders by email no later than 72 hours prior to bid opening. A certified check equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid; The contract work includes furnishing all material, equipment, tools, labor and services necessary for completion of the project. All work shall be done as shown on drawings called for in the description of the work and in a manner directed by the specifications, in the City of Warren, Trumbull County, Ohio A Contract Performance Bond in an amount equal to one hundred (100) percent of the estimated cost of the work conditioned, which includes (but is not limited to) the assurance that the contractor will perform the work upon the terms proposed, within the time prescribed, and in accordance with the plans and specifications. A Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred (100) percent of the estimated cost of the work conditioned for the payment by the contractor and all subcontractors for labor performed and materials furnished in connection with the project involved. The Board of Control reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in bidding. No Bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least ninety (90) days
