The intent of this solicitation is to establish a contract for Pump Station Force Main Lining Services for the City of Fairfax, VA . The contract shall be awarded as a fixed price award to install pipe lining into: a. Andes Drive pump station - approximately 3,640 of 8" cast iron sewer force main pipe. The contractor shall conduct CCTV inspections prior to descaling/cleaning, prior to lining, and after lining. Public Works shall be provided with an electronic copy of the CCTV inspections. The contractor shall provide all services necessary to implement this project, to include VDOT permitting, excavation, backfill, pavement/grass restoration, temporary sewer bypass, traffic control, and materials disposal. The completion period for the Andes Drive Pump Station project is 120 days after notice to proceed. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part, to waive any informality, and to delete items prior to making an award. The Purchasing Agent reserves the right to make award on all items in the aggregate or on any of the items on an individual basis, whichever is in the best interest of the City.
