The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance, payment, maintenance and guarantee bonds and insurance certificates. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the receipt of bids. *The City of Grosse Pointe Woods reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any irregularities in bidding.
