Consultants Will Be Evaluated in the Following Areas: 1. Firm's Experience; 2. Team's Experience and Qualifications, Including Subconsultants; 3. Key Personnel Expertise/past Performance, Including Subconsultants; 4. Technical Approach to Project and 5. Local Presence. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
