SCOPE OF WORK: Org 278 - Leonides G. Cigarroa MD Elementary School - Renovation Project consists of the following: 1. Provide cameras, card access, readers, door contacts 2. Provide secure front vestibule 3. Replace exterior waterproofing/ sealant joints 4. Replace fire alarm system 5. Provide exterior lighting controls 6. Replace exterior lights with LED lights 7. Provide/ replace IDF /MDF air conditioning 8. Provide new marquee sign located at front entry 9. Remove and replace sidewalk at various locations The right is reserved to reject any or all bids, proposals, CSPs or statements of qualification and to waive technicalities.
