The Hillsborough County Water Resources Department is seeking competitive sealed bids from qualified Licensed Electricians and State Registered Electrical Contractors to provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to perform electrical maintenance and services under 600 volts. This procurement requires the successful bidder to meet a subcontracting Disadvantaged Minority/Disadvantaged Women Business Enterprise (DM/DWBE) Participation Goal of 10%. Please see Special Terms and Conditions for complete details and requirements The County, in its sole discretion, may determine whether acceptance of the Bid/Quote is in the best interest of the County. Further, the County reserves the right to reject any and all Bids/Quotes and to waive any informality concerning a Bid/Quote whenever such rejection or waiver is in the best interest of the County and in conformance with Florida Law.
