Genesee Intermediate School District (GISD) is seeking bids for equipment and low voltage cabling for a construction and renovation project at Early Childhood Programs and Services (ECPS) located at 5089 Pilgrim Road, Flint, MI 48507. The low voltage cabling includes CAT6 and Audio/Video Cabling throughout the building Estimated Construction Phases 1. Phase 1 - The new addition is expected to be ready for cabling by December 1, 2024. We expect to have students into the new space by January 6, 2025. 2. Phase 2 - The existing building is expected to be ready for internal demolition/clean up by Monday, January 6, 2025. 3. Phase 3 - Renovated building is expected to be ready for cabling by March 24, 2025. We expect to move students back into this part of the building in May of 2025. . The Genesee Intermediate School District Board of Education reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any part or all bids or to waive any information in the bids should they deem it to be in the best interest of the District.
