Site work and paving for a road / highway in Cape Coral, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and operations necessary to complete the work listed below for FY 2024 Alley Resurfacing located in Cape Coral, Blocks 554, 3168, and 66 (see Exhibit A). The alley resurfacing operations may consist of, but shall not necessarily be limited to, all or part of the following All maintenance of traffic Onsite Construction Manager to coordinate construction activities with City Staff and business owners adjacent to the alleys under construction as well as set grade when necessary. Delivery of material to site (hauling) Improve drainage conditions by profile milling existing 12-ft to 20-ft alleys to provide a constant longitudinal slope along the alley's flow line to eliminate standing water. Superpave Type SP-12.5 leveling where necessary Superpave Type SP-12.5 overlay Final cleanup of the job site and repair of any damage caused by construction activities The City of Cape Coral will receive bids for FY24 Alley Resurfacing, BPW24178KMR.
