Jacksonville-based Auld & White Constructors LLC is the contractor for the project, which is a 1.22-acre site along the Northbank St. Johns River waterfront, east of the Shipyards project. Goodson, Bergen and Associates is the project civil engineer and LS3P is the architect. Both are based in Jacksonville. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Design Build project for City of Jacksonville to provide sitework improvements and infrastructure for future Marine Fire Station 39 as well as parking lot improvements for the existing / adjacent WJCT property. Site totals approximately 5 acres and will be completed in multiple phases. City of Jacksonville has contracted the dock and bulkhead separately (they are not in the scope of this project). Trades include sitework, chain link fencing, landscape & irrigation, retaining walls, concrete flatwork, metal railings / bollards, electrical and traffic signalization. Project has a 20% JSEB participation goal.
