Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bloomfield, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The project which begins at the City of Hartford Townline and ends at Britton Drive generally consists of reconstruction of concrete sidewalk, sidewalk ramps and driveway aprons; installation of granite stone curbing, brick paver snow shelf, decorative street lighting, rectangular rapid flashing beacon (RRFB); partial restriping, and other incidental work. Questions will not be entertained past 3:00 p.m., September 25, 2024, and responses will be posted via addendum by 3:00 p.m., September 27, 2024.
