The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and personnel necessary to complete the Herzog Parking Lot (Minor) Construction project at the Dallas VA Medical Center. The scope of work includes general construction, alterations, roads, walks, grading, drainage, removal of existing structures, and new construction, all in accordance with the attached specifications and drawings. The project must be completed within 230 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), and bids must include a lump sum price for the general construction line item.
