The work of this single bid project includes the envelope rehabilitation of a historic wood building. The scope includes asphalt shingle reroofing, copper gutters, wood window and door replacement, and wood clapboard / stud facade reconstruction. Interior work includes plaster removal, sheetrock installation, wood trim work, asbestos abatement and associated minor MEP work. Site work includes storm water management improvements, patio replacement, and paving repairs. All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 9/13 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
