As of August 21, 2025, this solicitation has been awarded. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Design - 2024 Flood Management and Storm Drainage Projects. The service shall include Contract Administration as specified in General Requirements. All Engineering Services shall be completed within three (3) years of the contract date as required to meet project schedules.) By submitting a solicitation response and signing this document, the signee attests to have read all associated documents related to this solicitation and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined throughout this Request for Qualification (RFQ). The undersigned hereby offers to furnish and deliver the goods or services as specified at the terms there stated herein and in strict accordance with the RFQ and conditions of solicitations, all of which are made a part of this offer. Project Description: Engineering services for the study and design of flood management and storm drainage system improvements. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
