Question Deadline 09/18/2024 at 5:00 PM PT Quotes shall be submitted electronically through Online Q&A Yes Liquidated Damages N/A Estimated Bid Value $25,000 Start/Delivery Date October 15, 2024 (tentative) Project Duration 1 Year w/4 Renewal Options Bid Bond 0.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00% Scope of Services Annual contract for regularly scheduled preventative maintenance and as-needed repairs to stationary generators at various locations in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications of City of El Cajon RFQ No. 12500006. No pre-quotation conference will be held. A performance Bond and Labor and Material Bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price, shall be executed by the successful bidder within ten days after the Notice of Award of Contract has been mailed. Securities or bank or savings and loan certificates of deposit may be substituted for any moneys withheld to ensure performance of the contract, pursuant to Section The City reserves the right to reject any and all quotes if it considers it necessary to do so for the public good, and it may reject the quote of any bidder who has been delinquent or unfaithful in any former contract with the City.
