Description

Renovation of a fire / police facility in Greenfield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

Obtaining building permit, supply all tools and materials for: removing and rebuilding the front wall, installation of R-21 fiberglass insulation in new front wall, installation of a new fiberglass door and 2 new windows, removing and replacing sheetrock from back wall and topcoat and sand all new seams ready for painting, install new floor underlayment and new vinyl flooring, install window and door casings and baseboards, and removal/disposal of all materials. Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The Police Department of the City of Greenfield, through the citys Purchasing Department, is soliciting bids to renovate a vacated retail location at 205 Main St. to house a new substation of the police department.
