Welcome Center Rehabilitation The City of Flowery Branch is seeking proposals for a city office building to be rehabilitated into a Downtown Welcome Center at 5318 Railroad Avenue, Flowery Branch, GA 30542. The work to be done consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all materials and equipment and performing all labor necessary to build new public restrooms, retail space and ofce area according to the details in the specifcations. * Unauthorized contact regarding the bid with other City of Flowery Branch employees may result in disqualification.
