Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Westborough, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Project includes brush mowing/mulching of firebreaks, hazard tree removal, timber Mat bridge replacements and access improvements at multiple Wildlife Management Areas (WMA) including the Muddy Brook WMA in Hardwick, Birch Hill WMA in Winchendon, Quaboag WMA Brookfield, and Leyden WMA in Leyden in accordance with the project specifications. Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. MassWildlife is soliciting bids from Contractors to conduct firebreak improvements, hazard tree removal, and bridge replacement and improvement at multiple Wildlife Management Areas (WMAs) during Fiscal Years 2025/2026 (FY25/26) at the following sites in accordance with the specifications section below.
