Architectural firms to provide services for the renovation of an existing structure and the construction of a new school building at 120 Divide School Road, Mountain Home, TX 78058. The goal of this project is to create a modern, safe, and secure learning environment that enhances student safety, well-being, and academic success. Renovate an old two room ranch house that we currently teach out of. We are looking to add a minimum of 4 classrooms, a staff restroom, cafetorium or indoor play area. Scope of Services: oAssess current conditions and recommend renovations. o Develop architectural designs compliant with relevant codes. o Prepare detailed construction documents. oAssist in the bidding process and provide support during construction.
