Project Demolition of Clapp Park Warming House Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to complete Demolition of Bathroom Building, Clapp Park, 245 West Housatonic Street, Pittsfield, Massachusetts 01201 as called out in the Contract Documents, plans, and specifications, as prepared by Barry Architects, Inc. dated August 9, 2024. All work is to be done under one contract coordinated by the General contractor acting as the contractor including but not limited to the following: Abatement of hazardous materials as indicated on the contract documents Demolition of the building Removal of foundation and valve box Capping all abandoned site utilities Grading and seeding of areas affected by demolition procedures Protection of site and members of the public. All other items as indicated on the drawings and specified herein.
