Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope of Work 1.1 The City of Columbus is seeking bids to repair a rotating assembly for a Patterson Split Case Pump Model 16x14 MAD Ser. No. SC-0000168446-01. 1.2 Contractor shall be responsible for preparation of a skid or crating for the rotating shaft assembly to protect shaft while in transit. 1.3 Contractor shall be responsible for pickup of rotating assembly located at 932 Old Henderson Rd. Columbus, Ohio 43220. 1.3.1 Pickup will need to be coordinated with contact. 1.4 Contractor shall be responsible for cleaning and inspecting rotating assembly prior to any work being started, inboard and outboard bearings may need to be removed. 1.5 Contractor shall be responsible for installing new Impeller wear rings (2) P/N 23032870-3023 as well as new Casing wear rings (2) P/N 23032871-3021 on the rotating assembly. 1.6 Contractor shall be responsible for locking impeller case ring to impeller (8) P/N 79210003-7002. 1.7 Contractor shall be responsible for fitting and verifying proper clearance between impeller wear rings and case wear rings.
