This is a Joeris Project. The Project is for of the alteration of an existing natatorium / gymnasium facility of approximately 90,334 sq. ft. The project is Sales Tax Exempt. The project has Davis Bacon Wages Package One will consist of: Scaffolding / reshoring, demolition, concrete paving, new mud-slab under the existing structure, shotcrete, structural steel, metal decking, standing seam metal roofing, Insulated metal panel roofing, simple saver insulation, high performance coating of steel structure, underfloor excavation, utilities.
