The City of Dublin, Ohio is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide seven-day cleaning services at the Dublin Community Recreation Center, five-day cleaning services at the City's Development Building and weekend cleaning services at the City's Kaltenbach Community Center. In addition, cleaning services will be provided in restroom facilities in a number of City Parks and the City's Parking Garage. The Parks/Garage restroom cleaning services will be provided five days a week (including weekends) year round. The successful contractor will provide skilled, motivated labor, including working supervisors, plus a vehicle for transporting trash/recycling materials to a dumpster site and servicing the various parks restrooms throughout the City. Other than the parks and garage sites, cleaning services will be provided during non-business hours, primarily in the late evening and overnight. The City of Dublin will provide most cleaning supplies, chemicals, paper products and cleaning equipment. The City of Dublin may choose not to award the RFP until 60 days after the opening of proposals. The City will consider all proposals valid until 60 days after the opening date, despite not being accepted or rejected by the City. When downloading RFP documents, vendors must register as a plan holder to receive any addendums that may be issued. THE CITY OF DUBLIN RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY OR ALL RESPONSES
