Renovation of a library in Coral Gables, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
Scope of Work: (Contractor must obtain and submit all permits prior to performing any work). The awarded supplier shall purchase and install Armour Screens on both the East and West entrances of the Coral Gables Branch Library. Awarded Supplier will work with Manufacturer (Armour Screen) to determine anchor size, depth and spacing. Awarded Supplier will work with manufacturer on mounting locations to insure proper deflection protection. The Awarded Supplier will be responsible for any if needed Engineering, NOA requirements to secure Permitting and Permitting Approvals. The Awarded Supplier shall be responsible for permits and all steps and processes required to obtain such permits. Due to the fact that this Library is a locally designated historical building the contractor performing the work MUST preserve/protect the exterior elements of the facility. Awarded Supplier will also supply Installation Training to Library maintenance Staff. Warranty: Standard manufacture warranty and the installer will provide 1 year labor warranty.
