The scope of work of the contractor includes but is not limited to: 1. Preparing the site to ensure adequate structural support and adherence to all relevant safety and regulatory standards. 2. Complete the Mechanical and Electrical installation of a pre-ordered chiller, Air Handling Units, exhaust fans, HVAC Controls and all associated components and structure pads, and integrate all necessary piping, electrical connections and control systems. 3. Providing detailed documentation, O&M Manual and training for the facility's personnel to ensure proper maintenance and operation of the chiller system 4. Constructing an enclosure to house both systems within Area A and associated components such as overhead doors, etc. 5. Installing systems to supply compressed air, nitrogen etc. 6.
